Simple Spigot Pro- Glass Balustrade System
Our unique Simple Spigot Pro- Glass Balustrade System is the best system on the market if you are after uninterrupted, unbroken views. What makes it standout further is the ease when it comes to installation.
Each spigot is formed from anodized aluminum which is then finished in a high quality grey powder coated finish. Each spigot also comes with all wedges/ packers and two cover plates for each side.
The spigots also allow for maximum drainage of areas, and with one central fixing in each installation time is cut massively compared to standard glass track.
The system is fully tested to be used with the following glass sizes.
- 12mm Toughened Glass (Requires Handrail)- 0.36kN
- 15mm Toughened Glass (Requires Handrail)- 0.74kN
- 17.5mm Laminated & Toughened Glass- 0.74kN
- 21.5mm Laminated & Toughened Glass- 0.74kN
*Tests for these are carried out with solid concrete & steel. If in doubt contact your structural engineer prior to installation.
For the system to comply with building regulations where there is a drop of more then 600mm a handrail may be required.
We also offer glass panels for our Simple Spigot Pro system which are also listed.
Glass panels can be up 1000mm with two spigots to each panel.

Note- We do not supply base fixings as we cant foresee every fixing scenario.
The structural design is the responsibility of the customer.
All fixings that are used by the customer must be M10 Zinc Plated & at least 150mm long. Anything other than this being used would contaminate the spigot thus voiding the standard warranty offered.

It would fall with the customer to check with the local authority that planning permission is/ isnt required and also ensure that all projects are carried out to British Standard BS 6399 & BS 6180 and meet the required loads.
